Nerd-o-ween - Shock Advertising!

ABOUT THIS EPISODE

On this episode of the NerdBrand podcast, it’s our annual all about halloween episode and all things scary in the nerd-verse. Shock advertising is made to deliberately startle and offend its audience by violating norms for social values and personal ideals.

Simply put: Ads made to Scare the crap out of you into remembering the brand in order to influence buying.

Listen as the nerds share what scares them, what shows they love, and why.

Also, we’re talking about how there’s an uptick in the interest in horror movies. But have advertisers gotten more aggressive or stepped up ads?

What’s your favorite horror movie?

What is the medium you enjoy horror the most? Books. Theater , or Streaming services?

What are your most memorable horror movie ads, or horror related ads?

e.g. https://twitter.com/horrorads or https://www.facebook.com/horrorads/

Three to one and it crashed into thewall and everybody say something went wrong, somethingterribly terribly terribly wig wrong: We don't know what happened Bob, but itbroke all right, O who's Bob, I don't know anyways. There's your coat open. Welcome to the nerve brand podcasteverybody. I am Jason, saying Hi Mitch, I mich say hi John Hi, John, and todaywe have a new team member, be hi, Hey. My name is coral. Hi Carl Welcome tothe show. So today is our Nero Wen episode and we're going to talk aboutshock advertising all thing, scary in the nerd verse, so shock. Advertisingis made to deliberately startle and offend its audience by violating normsfor social and personal ideas. Wow, that's actually a definition of it.I Google did. I did my job. What is supposed to do? Let's? I don't knowit's that weird thing or bout type stuff into to kind of figure out what'sgoing on in the world and then they realize that's wait a minute. That'sprobably not true! So that's called Wikipedia, oh right yeah. So basicallythis is about ads. It scared the crap out of you, so you know intentionally orunintentionally, sometimes both so we want to share what scares us alsotalk about some horror, movies or series that you guys been watching getto share that my personal favorite has been midnight mass. I loved that onNetflix I thought it was very well done. I was talking to somebody at a networkment last night, you're, probably supposed to talk about business atnetworking events, but that didn't happen. We ended up talking about that.Instead, for thirty minutes in the spirit of Halloween yeah yeah, she really enjoyed it and then met another fellow nerd of ours. I'll givea shout out to Danny. You know who you...

...are, sir, if you're listening, he kindof went on about how bad Halloween kills. I haven't seen it, but that'slike what I supposed to be a revival of the movie Halloween or something orit's it's a sequel. No, you know because Laurie strode is allgrowing up and adult ring pretty practically a grandmother. I guess Iknow so it is a continuation of the original story. Oh, that's as much as Iknow, yeah. I think that's as much as everybody got out of it too. I don'tyou know, because I didn't see any ads a whole lot for it or trailer. I know that which is probably understandable sinceDC fandom first happened recently, so that kind of overshadowed everything. So I made trail rabbits here, but youknow just try to keep up because I had an emotional week becauseof the flash you know trailer or the flash trailer yeah yeah. For those whodon't know it's like Michael Keaton's back is Batman. Really. Yes, in my book, the only RealMovie Batman, Yeah Universe. Anyway, he was my first one out. I do thinkChristian Bill. Did a nice job come on yeah I did and the guys know thisbecause I've I say it all. The time is to me Christian bail director, whose name just wentcompletely off my head, his Verlan Yeah Christophor Nolan's Batman. It's almostlike James Bond with a Cape to me less that kind of less it's. It's alsoare really big strike. It's all a I'M PICKING UP THE DISDAIN! Okay, I don'tknow, I think it has anything like James Spot. I enjoyed it, but it'sabout the toys and the gadgets, and rather than the kind of to me Batman'smore of a film. You are detective. Okay, IT'S GRITTY! It's kind of earthy. It'sdark foggy nights on a empty. It was like the street...

...with I'm getting defensive on behalfyeah. I've noticed that I know you certainly feel strongly about there. One thing I enjoyed them, but to me they're, not quineen, tial they'redifferent, not the mood of Bat, the bat man, if you ever watched the animatedseries. Yes to me that did the best job aside from the first Michael Keaton, BAand of capturing the mood and attitude yeah of the comic book. For me, yeahPatman is kind of you know one of those anti he's an anti hero. So it's kind alittle scary, but there's was some trade comics, while back one calledwell at actually was in there what they called her else world series and it'swhere he actually becomes a vampire and he tackle Astrala, and they alsotackled that and did the same kind of story line where he, but he didn'tbecome a vampire, but they did that in a not the animated series. It was likethe Batman later. It was another animation series that ran for like twoand a half seasons where he actually faced Dracula as well see I'm keepingthe theme of the Halloween. I don't ring it. I notice it. I noticed that Inoticed that s anyway, because I have always wanted to see a really goodsuperhero movie that was kind of horror type based and months ago I won wellspawn is like I don't know man, that's I like spawn, but I don't know that'sreally dark, but that's your Gig! That's if you want. If you want horrorand superheroes- that's probably anse, you know that's the definitive yeah andyou have blade if you've not seen the movie blade to. You should watch thatone, not the first one leave to it's: okay, Secon one's good, the third onethere one's awful right right, Ranald's, won't even own that yeah, but the bestpart of the best parts of it are the parts with Ryan Reynolds. So likethere's, two things I think he'll probably hack on, is probably green, lantern and then blade to and just be like. No, that didn't happen. I haven'tseen either that a triple agent it from if you're a wrestling fan it had him init. So you know it was all right, but it wasn't great bled to was like reallygood, though I really good spin on horror. Well, that's because Gimatdirected it is yeah, so good, yeah, yeah you've got three movies out rightnow. I know: There's Halloween kills.

Here's done done is cleaning up prettywell, but if you don't, if you're, not any for those listening, if you're nota fan of done or don't know anything about, it think game of thrones but inspace, and then you have, of course we havethe eternals that are out. So you got like three, that's not out, yet it'snot out yet ye. Well, I thought it premiere, but it is not it's not the! US, okay, all right! What is it eternals? It's a next marvel yeah Gatho yeah yougot Samai you've got Angeline, it's a whole new slew of characters, so youknow that's kind of what's out in the theaters right now, but so it's alittle like the streaming thing. I think HB put out a thing saying likeyeah: they pretty much single handedly, have helped save the movie theater andIndustry because of how they've put out releases both on streaming and in thetheater, and I'm like well, there's not a lot of choices guys, so I don't knowhow you can click well. What's funny to me is that you know they hail the youknow the box office champion for the week or whatever, because they made youknow. Maybe what like a hundred mason or something like that yeah when it's,I don't know, if that's the actual number, but you can tell it's afraction of what it would have been pre coved, yet everybody's just champingand say: Oh yeah, it's doing, kill Er business at the box office and it'sreally doing probably a third. Maybe what have original so is like it's likespeculation on oil prices, that's kind of how movies work. It's like. We thinkit's going to make this and then something else completely differenthappens, but anyways when you hear the word shock advertising what comes tomind, everyone think I have. I have my answer:Okay Right, the mayhem commercials. I was what are what commercials have beenshocking and I thought, oh, those when they came out with them. An all staycame out with Maham M. I thought that was fabulous. You know you don't talkabout o guy who's like just bust it up and falls like through trees and landson a car and Youst like did you did I just see I mean you know. Obviouslythat is make him right. He is yeah,...

...it's crazy. I love as actually that'sit's on my top of a list in my brain to its just also insurance commercialsthat come out and do that and you're like wait. What there's there's another one- and Idon't know if you see them as much anymore, but they were running antismoking commercials and most of them they were, they were geared, you couldtell more toward teens and it's like I'm trying to think of one of themmight be several of them running together, but it's like a kid's got apack of cigarettes and, like this creature jumps out of it and it's like it's going to attack himor something like that. Because they're, you know they're, basically, you knowtheir cigarettes will kill. You is the is the is the idea right. Well, theytake it to almost that horror, movie kind of kind of feel where it's athere's a monster inside them waiting to devour you. So just don't leave themalone right. Those were pretty some true. Those are pretty intense, prettyGod there's the ones with the people who have actually had you know there, their stuff removed right, that'll, get your attention o yeah. That's rot about yeah, so shock advertising out all these Halloweenrelated or scary, horror movie. It's just something is just going to grabyour attention, but I always felt like it was. It was good for that moment, but how long could you actually play that and get you know like the mostbang for your buck? Out of that, because I mean you there's some thathave gone a little too far, yeah there's a line. I mean like a companylike Att, they use fear and shock value. You know the the commercial comes inwith a guy breaking in your house, and I mean fits perfectly with the brand ofcourse, but I think there's some that definitely are going to you know if youcross the line and it's unrealistic or unrelated, then you've missed your markright, yeah yeah. So I imagine all that money putting behind that to get thetalent conceptis that video doing all of that work, and you know the otherside of going with a shock with a shock kind of method of advertising. It you have towonder you see it the first time an it...

...makes a real impact, see it the secondtime yeah. It's got a little bite to it. Third Time it, you know, it seems, likeyou get most of your payoff for people when they see it the first time, butthen to me the question becomes: okay, maybe they remember thecommercial boot. Will they remember what it's about or they will it juststick in their mind, the event that takes place the shocking and notassociate it with the brand or the message. I think that depends onhow well they've put the commercial together. Well, they put thatadvertising. I'd like to I'd love to hear I hate focus. Group Jonathan knowsthis. I think one of the first things you ever heard about me was that Ihated focus groups and I won't even go into I, but I would like to see you get.A group of people show them one of these, as with the first time then getin Romans, okay or have them all write it down individually. What was the brand yeah? What was itabout? What was it for that? I wasn't a shock at and you guys might be tooyoung to remember, but Wendy said a windy to the commercial, with the threeold ladies standing at the counter and they're they're ordering theirhamburger and they bring it the Burger and they take the top, but off and atthis little bitty thing on this great big, but and this o lady goes where'sthe beef. I actually remember those marshals as aconcept, it's fantastic, but they found afterwards. Nobody could remember whatfast food chain it was for interesting. So people remember the campaign, theyremember the tag line where's the beef. They didn't remember that it was Wendy. So part of this is to say that, with like public service announcement typecommercials like this anti smoking, it's probably easier to remember a shock ed about smoking, because it's not a brand. It's a it's like a lifestyle choice thatpeople are familiar with me in their...

...daily life work truly well there. I really wonderhow well it works for the sake of a particular brand ofsomething you don't have an answer it. Just it's an interesting question. Whenyou have no competition, it's like either smoke or don't so there's noalternative act. Exactly it's a little easier I'd say: Yeah Yeah I mean headsthat that I remember I know eminem. It's not scary, but I remember theirads because you got two major mascots in it that are either scared or chasingSanta Claus or whatever you know, depending on the holiday, the the brandis still very up in front but you're playing about like where's the beefyeah, I mean you could really overshadow the actual brand itself with theGimmick. Well and honestly, Mahim is an example of that for me, because I had agoogle that this morning I was like mayhem right who's that with Ye yeah,it was all at right. Yeah. I looked it up. Yet is a sea yeah because I meanyou know, state farm does commercials. You've got are farmers. I won't finish that yeahthat yeah yeah so now to that Metenin, then theshow, because you tube really just hates anything that is, if it hums thesound of the music, they cut it or mute it. So not telling the guys in the bootthere that you now an don't wet it yeah. We can get away withthat. Don't worry and we all sat here and did it in unison. Maybe that wouldbe a problem in Harmon and Harmon is yeah. It all be a little weird tobarber shop court to that yeah. This all doesn't work out. That's the fallback, so I hope there's a false, settle in the group which silly any f any like Halloween Memories, when your childhood or Mercians or commercials yeah anything that you'vegot that you have in your memory. Banks Y, I kind of have two things: okay, when one it's kind of a sigsdy, but...

...it's interesting, because my wife and Iwere talking about this- has been months ago. We noticed a trend inadvertising that is kind of horrifying. I call it and I even wrote a blog postabout this several years ago. Cannibal food based commercials andwhat I mean by that is commercials where you have a food product that iseating other food of its own kind and it became a trend. Can you give an example yeah you might want to clarify that a little bit wasit a Aenos g righted cinnamon to Cristina he earlier. When you talkedabout the Manas. Wasn't there one were one in a yeah, then there was the same to right. Then there's the cinnamon toast crunch, where the piece of cinnamon to crunchare eating other pieces, and I'm like what that what happened here, this one hundredpercent- that's Horrifico, able my wife, my wife is so. Why is this happening? What right and why are so many brands doing it? I have eyes and smiles theseones, don't so they're edible but you're. Not I don't understand what isthe hierarchy here o? Why do I want it? I don't want to eatthat. I want to run away from it right. I remember the Cinamon tells crunch WalI mean had legs and arms and everything yeah ran and the mims an I remember the,but there were others it just kind of became like a trend is like some. Youknow a bunch of ad guys in your room like Oh. I like that. Let's do that. Why? Why Focus Ger yeah it's by H, probablydid a focus group. They were all like. You know what that really got. Myattention well well. Well, shock factor you're talking about it, we're talkingabout it on our podcast. The other thing I want to mention you weretalking about memories, H and a scary. Commercial memory goes back to mychildhood. When the exorcist came out back in theearly mids, there were, of course, copy...

...cats. They came out there. After bysmaller studios, there was a copy cat movie called beyond the door, and it had this really creepy voicethat sounded like this beyond the door, and there was this woman's facewardswere white, and this deep growly voice came out of her mouth. That said, whoare you? I gits scared that, like it in taking over her taking overbody and tothat commercial traumatized me and I'd, be laying in bed at night and myparents of being a living room watching television, and if I heard thatcommercial come on, I wanted to run out of the Little Mitch Little Mich that's goingto be a child Mitch. That should be a whole episode. I know me own a cared the crap tjust thatvoice in that face, but then, after seeing it just hearing it just bringshiels through me. Well since you're mentioning commercials, because I'm abig you know, I do love movies myself, I've always for a long time, but I lovethe trailers of them, and I've been very critical over the years ofparticularly, I won't say what kind of trailers, but Mitch will know what I'mtalking about to give away too much about the story line. He knows whatfranchise I'm referring to, but they've done a really good job lately ofcurtailing that a DC comics will just say it. It's bes, yeah he's the say, yeah answer just terrible yeah. So, but you know, some of the you know for likeNetflix has been doing a lot of trailers. Now I'm pushing that outacross channels, and I go back to midnight mass and how that was done. There was only two trailers and a teazer that was it and you still had noidea what you were getting into it had a very Stephen King type feel to it, sothey really buy lesses more. He actually it actually intrigued me towant to watch it. I only found out later that the purse that the creatorof that also did Black House- and you know now, there'sgoing to be another one he's going to...

...adapt, Edgar Allan, Poe's stuff, sothey're working on that series, and I thought I wrote it down and what it wasbut nope I did a terrible job it that heard I I his paper, it's completelyblank of Yeah Yeah. I pretend, though, yeah when it goes to the notes, I'mlooking at corals and she's actually got notes and things written down.Would you like to know sure? Yes, the question even put hers in color, sincesomebody actually went through the questions and answered them. Let'sfinish out with that. So what's your favorite for movie, Oh Gosh, I don't. I don't think I have afavorite horror movie. Won't you roar say: Are you a fan like I don't likethe gruesome stuff? I am not into that. Oh, I don't like it as so, some of them,so the horror films that I like are kind of the more classic. Like StephenKing, some Spilberg, like like misery. Okay, you know, that's that's some goodclassic, suspenseful scary. Yes, I do like the some of the SCI fi stuff. Youknow like yeah closing. I, like you, know close encounters stuff like that.I just don't like any of the gruesome stuff yeah, I'm not into Gore, anythingthat is amputated, which is funny because I like Star Wars, but on forthose out there listening if somebody always loses a hand in star wars orsomething but yeah. I can't really get into that inthe horror genre at all, like Sol, O yeah, not a sole, I tried to watch oneand that that's torture, Hor, basically yeah so, and there was hostile yeah, not a fanes yeah, which they have actually not rebooted, that there's anew one out. Now it's more it's not called Saul or anything. I forget what it'scalled, but it kind of centers around the the icon of the swirl that was onthe Chris Rock and yeah so yeah. Those kinds of movies are notnot my jam either. So I like the classics like Candy Man, you know and Ithink, there's a series coming out to the every booted the bit this year.Yeah there's a funny tick talk out there where guys like going canty man, kancy manners, mispronouncing it and...

...the other guys, meaning like you meancandy man and he's like yeah. I can't see man he's like you mean candy manand he's getting him to say it like seven times. So he show it's funny anyways. I digress. What is your elsego to like when September rolls in October rose in like what movie do youhave to watch? Good question is, like hope, focus. You know you got to watchthat once at least did you say o cause, poke, O yeah just watch that not reallylike a horror, tetsefly generation, it's again in the spirit type of movie, you know, and they just don't make. I mean I literally watch that Sundaynight and I just sit there just almost smiling the whole time, but catch noStali. Just it's probably come like this any more. You know us was good.Wasn't it Disney yeah yeah, I'm going to go with the theconjuring. I know. That's weird, that's not that old l! No! No! It's not!I have not seen the third one yet and I will go to see it even though Iunderstand it. Maybe it wasn't that great, but I don't care. I still wantto see it. Yeah somebody's already going to boo that never ending story is one that we watcharound Halloween time yeah. I guess that his car moment it's a mystical. All these. It's yeah he's up in the hot egg. It's well it it's getting backinto my right, yeah! I ever at a kid and it made cure me a little truer:Yeah Yeah. What terrified me was the wolf. Exactly is terrifying yeah as akid that you know you're starting to bring up things next time, we'd betalking about when optimist prompt, I'm just gonna, be that's a whole lot offun guesten. I think. Sometimes we just do scary movies, like like oneHalloween a few years ago, my kids were younger. We did all we did the drasticpark series. I wore the shirt today. Yes, yes, everybody wore a theme shirttoday and I am not if you're watching this on video, because I didn't dolaundry it's okay, I own it Gar is the king ofthe monsters, so yeah yeah, you and John Actually kind of being in syncshocked me this morning. I was really...

...found this and I saw your text and Iwas like I'm going to wear this. You know you're on God, Tal as well sort ofit's a sound good. It's a it's album cover. Did you guys see the most recentone, the converses? Yes, what do you think it was a blast? I thought it wasthe last I really liked it I mean I mean I think I like it as I don't likethe a I mean it was, it was it was. It was what two giant monsters fightingagainst should be a minute, the end, their friends, Yep nooie. So sorry, Ido know I'm just if you a text. You guys this this little cartoon that Isaw online. I saved it my farm I to look really far back, but it's thisadorable little sketched cartoon and it's it's King Kong and he's likehelping he's, obviously bigger he's in a city and he's bigger than all thebuildings and he's helping like lift something as they're building a sky, scraper and Godzilla is behind him, like WTF and and King kongs little comment bubble islike I'm different now so cute. I never got into those kindsof monster features I just I don't know because I mean how does nothingnothing's going to end like you think and you're just sitting there watchingand I'm like? Well, that's a lot of people do just that. So I mean so. Idon't know where this is going to think only like a couple. People died in thatone and they were the bad one that was a we Diana. They died by the hands of the monster. So nobody had, like you, know, blood on their hands right, yeah, yeah, still, not bon it, I'm still not don't I sold on seeing that one. What about you?Jonathan? What are you go to s other than hoke's focus like I said, candyman's a good one. You know I rely on that one for my my go to Halloween, I'mnot a big fan of the genre. You know I think I've talked about that before Ijust kind of imagine too much when I'm...

...in my house. I just don't like thatfeeling as I'm walking down my hall way. Like you said when you see these, youknow you hear commercial, you start freaking out. You want to run out ofyour hat. I don't like that. Filioe things out the corner of your on Yeah.I have a very like vivid imagination. I know it's not real. I but like I justdon't like that. You know I like to be able to walk up and down my stepswithout something grabbing. My Legs Kean Yeah. That's that's. I think. That's not in a whole, Oh thing that that's kind of the Durance betweenmodern horror and more classic core is modern horror. A lot of modern horrorrevolves around things that make you think that could happen. That could happen tome. I can see that happened to me and that that makes it too personal, yeahyeah. I want to be scared, but I'm a good I'm a Gat kind of I'm with a goodguys to win at the end. I'm sorry, that's just the way I am it's kind oflike the scary of like the the CSI stuff M. I grew up. You know watchingit grew up, but I used to watch a lot on orders when it first came out andand then they know, I know don't do it. Oh, my gosh don't break the role so,but then they started having all these other spin offs and things, and theywould have these really scary ones, and- and I remember especially a rom M- Istill remember a couple where I mean I was laying in my bed certain that therewas someone under my bed and I was like we. You know, I s show any more. Thisway I carry, I will not. I will not watch the exorcism of emily rose everagain, there's one scene where she she's staying with her boyfriend in thedorm whatever, and he kind of wakes up she's on the floor. Just looking at himin contorted position. Oh Go! It's just terror! I don't know it's just scary. It's just an image. You don't need to be right right right, I'm with you! Ifit's scary and it's shocking, I mean it's going to imprint right, yeah mine.So that's why I just have a hard boundary around this stuff. Has Reallife footage like with the Coleah? They have real? I footage at the end of thefilm it's okay, so especially with the conjuring to there's real footage there,so that stuff, that's where I turn it off. That's what I feel like I, my mom, always said. Why do you want to put...

...that stuff in your hit? Exactly she hada point. There are some crimes and thingsthat have happened because they came out in a movie m. You know recent yeahthere's another one. I don't. I will never watch again. What wrap up here is.I don't care much for the fourth kind. When I watched it, you know this is howdone I m. I actually thought, like I'm gonna Watch an alien movie. No, no it at! No! It's not it's worse wereso worse. You will have problems sleeping after well guy. This is why mygo to horror round how I an I do. I get the ITCH T to get September the wherethe start to change. I want to watch, but it's there was a British studiocalled Hammer. Studios. Okay then made classic horror movies from like thelate into the Vincent Teneris Christopher Lee. YepPlayed Dracula and to me He's the Best Dracula there ever was and he'ssinister and he's bad. But it's like you said it's not the kind of stuffwhere you like. It scared you, but you weren't. I mean when you're a littlekid yeah, maybe you're afraid to turn the lights. I say that Hammer studiosokay, they made like a string of drake movies. They made a string of Frankenstein movies with Grand Mot Tarkin from Star warth. Oh, Idon't know his name. Teahin believe a reference it in are exactly get nervous.Everybody just watching the show Eagle. You can tell like who's really deep inthe nerd verse, the War Yea and the lore of it, because you know you watchthat. I now one I really like star wars and Ireally like marvel, but I'm not going to remember name well see. I rememberthe actor because when I fit when I was a kid and first all Star War Thought:Oh he played Baran Frankenstein or he played right. He played Van Hilsen inthe dreckiges yeah. So that's why it's stuck with me! That's why I rememberright, but I can't Paremeine in the...

...movie. That's that's you know. That'sokay. Members is really played Dracula and he played Van helsing and mostdrakon movies. But if you haven't seen them, I highly recommend they'rethey're, a ton of fun and they're just scary enough. Without making you haveto go, see therapy there, okay, yeah, I'm a t, a yeah, more weak, tillHalloween yeah. You know the last movie that I like forto answer question. The another favorite of mine is the movie Wolf WithJack Nicholson. Amish, it's good! It is good. It is good. Is One of the bestwere wolf tails that you can find out there? It's really good. So I recommendthat there's a good Talgon, I'm gonna Watch you Yeah Halloween movie. TonightJock! I was gonna. Ask You guys what I should watch you think I shouldbe. Wolf depends on if you can find. This is toobig of a question for me and so that on what you got, it's not amovie of. I can't help you there, but you know going to see drack ill everyyear. I don't know if you all have down an actors: Theater, that's a that's adifferent form of horror, okay, yeah. To was a that. I go to a and I watch ahorror play. You've never been. It's very, very glad. You said that because it was just advertised to me I recently signed upto receive. I think I got them a long time ago and UNSUBSCRIBE, but I'veresubscribe to get emails about. You know, concerts and plays, and thingslike that that are happening, and I saw that I think Jennifer Ers, Oh yeah. Iat he's put some kind of twist on it every year that the is year on thejacketing he's different every year. So it's always got a little bit of adifferent I've, never seen the actor theater Raclan, which I as I've wantedto. But one year we went and saw theLouisville ballet did a version of it cool and it was. It was different. Itwas it was. It was neat problem was we were so close to the stage you know onewith the music I kept hearing. Oh you were distracted by. I could hearthrough yeah getting the floor is like...

...it's like taking me out of the moment, but I don't sit in the Fort First, don't sit close sit far in a fence. Youdon't hear their feet thumping on the floor, but it it was an interestinginterpretation. I enjoyed it. I really I'm a drake fan anyway, but cool. Oh,that was enlightening. anyways thanks everybody from listening to the PODCAST.You can find us at nerd brand agency COM podcast to find the latest episodeor you can just check us out on all the social media networks just find us itat nor brand agency. That's John, who came up with that idea to make sureeverything is the same consistent. Thank you. Yes make that easy.
